The entrance fee to Tambopata National Reserve (TNR) is not included in our programs, for the Capibara and Tapir program is $ 12.00, Chuncho $25.50, Scarlet and Colorado $ 39.50 per person.

We accept: 

Lodge services include:
Dining room for 70 people, with bathrooms 
Bar for 70 people with board games and gift shop
Small site museum and ecology library
Slide show and conference room
Observation platform for 8 people with pulley system
Telecommunications: Radio and satellite phones
Complete camping equipment for trips into the forest

For transport on rivers and lakes:
Fibber glass speed boats with outboard motors for 3 to 18 passengers
Wooden canoes with outboard motors for expeditions to macaw licks
Small fibber glass catamarans and canoes for lake excursions

Trail network
We maintain more than 25 kilometres of forest trails

ENTRANCE FEE
The entrance fee to the Tambopata National Reserve (TNR) is NOT included in our program rates, and must be paid directly by participants in our programs. 
Currently, Lodge programs $11.00, and macaw clay lick programs $23.00, $36.00.

CHILD DISCOUNTS AND CONDITIONS: 
Children under 2 years of age go free of charge. They will be provided with an additional bed in their parent’s room. 
Children between 2 and 12 years of age pay 50% 
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who assumes complete responsibility for them.

BOOKINGS
To ensure the quality of our services we only accept bookings a minimum of 3 days before departure.

BOOKING CONDITIONS; 
Please make your reservations as far in advance as possible.
We require a 50% deposit 35 days before arrival, and full payment before arrival.
We withhold the right to require full or partial payment at any time for any booking in advance of passenger arrival to reconfirm blocked space.

CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOWS: 
If a booking is cancelled 35 days before arrival there will be no charge, except in cases where a reconfirmation prepayment has been requested,  when
refunds are subject to space resale.

At 15 days from arrival cancellations are subjects to a 50% fee, at 7 days 75% and in the case of NO SHOWS, not due to flight cancellations/delays, 
we will retain full payment.

RETURN
